Cia. Le Puant is a contemporary clown and gestural theater company, where improvisation, listening to the audience and their participation are key in their shows.
The member and founder of the company is Adrià Viñas, plus those people who collaborate with the company, such as Cisco Cruz, Laura Pujolàs, among others.
Adrià Viñas studied Dramatic Art at the Insitut del Teatre de Barcelona, with a Physical Theatre specialization. He complemented his training with courses in acrobatics, dance and clowning.
But where he has learned the most is in performances and on the street, trying things out and playing with the audience based on improvisations. Also working for many years with the Cia. Moveo and Cia. Nyip i Nyap.
Adrià Viñas as a physical actor and clown has worked with Cia. Nyip i Nyap in "Clowntes i llegendes" (2010); with Cia. Moveo in "Tu vas tomber!" (2014), "Conseqüències" (2017) and "Echoes" (2020); with Cia. Voltäla in "Vremya Musei" (2017); with Les Impuxibles in "Suite Toc núm 6" (2019); with Camerata XXI in "El carnaval dels animals" (2023); among others.
The Cia. Le Puant has several shows: an old show in its pocket, another of cabarets, two shows on tour and a show in the process of creation. "Tot sol... i núvol" (2015) is its old show still on tour, and has done about 150 performances all over the world. A few years later it premiered "Gran Sonata" (2023) and is currently creating the new show "Out", official premiere 2026.
